ProForm offers Custom Orders for our Customers!

These are the steps that should be taken to ensure satisfaction.

1.PROCESSING NEW ORDERS:

All customers need to fax or e-mail dimensions/drawings and quantities desired.

2.ESTABLISH BUSINESS ACCOUNT:

The credit department will obtain credit information and set up the account. Parts will NOT be drawn until the quotations and credit terms along with any freight costs are approved by both parties in writing. At that time we will give estimated process and delivery times and the drawings will be completed.

3.APPROVAL PROCESS:

After the drawings are completed, a dimensioned copy will be faxed to the customer for final approval and signatures. After drawings are signed and returned final process and delivery times are set, and the parts are released for manufacturing.
